Yavington Barn

Welcome to Yavington Barn. From the outside, it’s a timber-clad barn surrounded by fields and with an elevated view out onto the River Itchen. Inside, however, you’ll find a series of period rooms, including the naval-inspired Aubrey Room and a Regency drawing room, in which antique treasures sit side by side with Max Rollitt Bespoke furniture and lighting.

Sitting among esteemed company from across the globe, our showroom at Yavington Barn has been honoured by Veranda in its annual list of World’s Most Beautiful Shops.

Surrounded by Nature

Yavington Barn is a wonderful place to experience the seasons. From the panoramic window in the main office you can see wagtails bobbing about on the polishing shop’s pitched roof, birds of prey circling fields near and far, geese flying in formation, and, in winter – when the landscape is more exposed – you’ll see the odd procession of swans making their way down the river.

More than a Studio

Yavington Barn is home to all three Max Rollitt businesses – Interiors, Antiques and Bespoke. Under one roof, you’ll find our office space, interior design studio, upholstery workshop, and a polishing shop, as well as our antiques showroom. The comings and goings of clients, restorers, couriers and fellow dealers and decorators creates a constant buzz, and we wouldn’t have it any other way!
