Delivery & Returns

 

UK Delivery

Our nationwide delivery pricing is banded depending on the size of the item(s) and the level of service you require. For items too large, too valuable or too fragile that cannot be sent via ParcelForce or another similar courier service, we give a standard window of between 7–10 days for delivery by van or lorry. If you need your item(s) faster or have specific requests concerning access or assembly, we are more than happy to offer a bespoke quote to meet your needs.

 

European Delivery

We have reliable and affordable European delivery services, for small items via standard commercial couriers (UPS, DPD, ParcelForce etc): for larger items, please email info@maxrollitt.com with details of your delivery address and we will provide a quote for delivery by van to most European destinations.

 

International Delivery

For all international deliveries, we can recommend reliable and reputable shippers to help you with your needs. International shipping will be the purchaser’s responsibility and may incur additional charges, such as import duties, so the cost given at point of purchase is for the item(s) only. We also advise international customers to contact their local authorities in case of specific import duties.

 

Delivery Access

All deliveries will be made kerbside / to the entrance of premises unless a ‘room of choice’ option has been discussed before delivery. By default, all items are delivered by one courier meaning help may be required to unload. You are responsible for ensuring purchased items can be delivered to your property, with safe and reasonable access from the public highway to the place of delivery. Please take the time to take note of dimensions and ensure access routes are clear.

 

Collection From Yavington Barn

You or your shippers are welcome to collect from our Hampshire showroom, within normal working hours, Monday–Friday 9am–5pm:

To arrange, please phone 01962 791 124 or email info@maxrollitt.com giving at least 2 days’ notice. Please ensure you have appropriate transport and protection for the item(s) you are collecting. We ask that goods are paid for in full before they are collected.

 

Returns

If you wish to return a product that you have purchased remotely, please contact us within 28 days of receipt of purchase (quoting your invoice number) to start the returns process. Provided the item is in saleable condition and is returned to us with the original packaging, we will exchange, replace, credit the cost against a future purchase, or refund (less delivery charges).

This does not affect cancellations or your statutory rights.

Please note that Max Rollitt Bespoke furniture and lighting, special orders, items that have been assembled, and made-to-order items, can only be returned or exchanged if faulty.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us and will remain responsible for any and all returned goods until they reach our warehouse. We strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate be obtained when returning any part of your order.

Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible upon receipt at Yavington Barn.

Credit can be used against your next order and expires after one year from date of issue.
