To place an order, please submit an enquiry form through the website. Alternatively, you may call us on +44 (0) 1962 791124 or email us at info@maxrollitt.com. We would also be happy to arrange for you to view the item in our Hampshire Showroom before purchase. Payment is by bank transfer only.

We will confirm by email as soon as you have placed an order. Please keep it in a safe place as we may ask you for information from it in any correspondence.


Space comes at a premium at our showroom Yavington Barn, however, we can store items for clients for a maximum of 4 weeks free of charge. If delivery arrangements or collection are not made within this time frame, and a client requires storage for longer than this, a fixed weekly fee will be charged. Prices are as set out on the website and include VAT. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time. It may be necessary to change prices either up or down, from time to time, including any alterations to the rate of VAT. Any price changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.

While every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur.
All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow.
Please note there may be variations in colours dependant on the calibration and settings of individual screens.
Natural fibres, dye lots & wood finishes can vary from batch to batch, therefore, we recommend ordering multiples at the same time to ensure production will be from the same batch.

All items are subject to availability.
We will inform you as soon as possible if goods you have ordered are no longer available.
Where an item is made to order, we specify a lead time that we endeavour to adhere to. Occasionally things occur outside of our control which may result in a delay to your order. We will do our utmost to keep these to a minimum and keep you continually updated on the progress of your order until completion.

Please note for customers purchasing from outside mainland UK, shipping costs are given as an estimate only. We endeavour to give the most accurate price, but in some cases, shipping can incur additional charges, such as import duties. As it is still early days following Brexit, deliveries to the EU countries will incur additional changes including customs and excise and relevant VAT varied to different EU country of destination. Our team are here to assist should you need further queries. As such we will contact all international customers by either e-mail or telephone, when an order is placed to clarify delivery quotes.
You can check our Delivery & Returns page or contact us for further information, but we advise that all international customers also contact their local authorities.

You are entitled to cancel your contract if you wish providing you act within 7 working days of placing your order with us.

If your order has already been dispatched please follow our Returns information.
Please note your right to return products does not apply on made-to-order items, those made to your specifications including bespoke furniture items. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you wish to cancel an order you may do so by emailing info@maxrollitt.com. The majority of our Max Rollitt Bespoke range of furniture and lighting items are made-to-order and so in the event that having placed an order you wish to cancel it, if this is outside the 7 day period listed above, we will unfortunately have to charge a cancellation fee of 50%-100% of the value of the order. This applies to cancellation of orders prior to delivery. If your order has already been delivered, unfortunately we do not offer a cancellation service.
